Full Cupping Notes:
This washed lot shows impressive sweetness across a range of roasts, lightly accented by fragrant aromatic highlights, and juicy hints that structure the flavors. The aroma brought out a clean scent of warm honey and brown sugar cookies, with a hint of orange spice tea. The cup has a fragrant overlay in light roasts, drawn out by bright lemon-like acidity, and very nice underlying sweetness.
